Hillary IS Crooked (Part One)
By Gary J. Hudach
On July 7, 2016, Representative Trey Gowdy asked FBI Director
James Comey several questions about the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
Here are transcript excerpts:
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said she never sent or received any
classified information over her private e-mail, was that true?
Comey: Our investigation found that there was classified
information sent.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked
classified on her e-mails either sent or received. Was that true?
Comey: That's not true. There were a small number of portion
markings on I think three of the documents.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said "I did not e-mail any
classified material to anyone on my e-mail. There is no classified
material." Was that true?
Comey: There was classified material emailed.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said she used just one device, was that
true?
Comey: She used multiple devices during the four years of her
term as Secretary of State.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said all work related emails were
returned to the State Department. Was that true?
Comey: No. We found work related emails, thousands, that were
not returned.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said neither she or anyone else deleted
work related emails from her personal account. Was that true?
Comey: (three second pause) That's a harder one to answer. We
found traces of work related emails in — on devices or in slack space. Whether
they were deleted or whether when a server was changed out something happened
to them, there's no doubt that work related emails were removed electronically
from the email system.

This short question and answer session revealed that Hillary
Clinton didn’t tell the truth.
In 2015, Stephen Colbert succeeded David Letterman as the host
of “The Late Show” on CBS. Colbert has a liberal leaning and his liberal views
may have alienated conservative viewers.
On July 11, 2016, He talked about Hillary’s email scandal and
tried to defend her, but he couldn’t do it. He “took the gloves off” and went
on a two minute rant against her.
Here are some of his jokes:
“C’mon Hillary, you knew that people think you’re untrustworthy,
and then you did something untrustworthy.”
“Top Secret? I don’t think you should be allowed to handle Pop
Secret (popcorn). I wouldn’t trust you with Secret deodorant.”
“Secretary Clinton, you lie so much that kids are now chanting
liar, liar, pantsuit on fire.”
“You’re so dishonest, Hillary16 is the number of times you have
told the truth.”
(end of Colbert’s jokes)
Comedy shows are important in a presidential election. Many
people only get their news from comedy shows. It’s interesting that Colbert made
the jokes, since he is considered to be a liberal and favors democrats.
Is Hillary crooked? Yes, she’s crooked. It’s not a rumor or speculation.
It’s not an accusation or a right wing conspiracy.
It’s the truth.
The sources I used for this article are NPR, a Code Pink
co-founder, Mother Jones, and State Department correspondence.
I didn’t use any right wing or conservative sources for this
article.
In December 2008, Bill Clinton released the list of donors to
the Clinton Foundation, a nonprofit created by the former president to finance
his library in Little Rock, Ark., and charitable efforts to reduce poverty and
treat AIDS.
On December 18, 2008, NPR published an article about the donor list.
According to NPR, Clinton agreed to release the information after concerns
emerged that his extensive international fundraising and business deals could
conflict with America's interests if his wife became Secretary of State.
The 2008 donor list stated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gave
$10 million to $25 million to the foundation. This was a government that Hillary
Clinton would negotiate with as Secretary of State.
Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State from January 21, 2009 to
February 1, 2013.
On October 20, 2010, Andrew J. Shapiro, Assistant Secretary,
Political-Military Affairs, gave a briefing on a pending major arms sale. The
transcript of the briefing is on the state.gov website.
Here are excerpts from his statements:
“Ambassador Vershbow and I are here to officially announce the
Administration’s plan to sell to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a significant
defense package that will promote regional security and enhance the defensive
capabilities of an important Gulf partner with whom we have had a longstanding
and close security relationship.”
“In accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Secretary
of State is responsible for providing continuous supervision and general
direction of arms sales. This includes determining whether proposed arms sales
or export of defense articles and services are authorized and ensuring that
they best serve U.S. foreign policy.”
“I’m happy to say that we have accomplished all the hard work
necessary to complete this package and this interagency effort has been a top
priority for both Secretary Gates and Secretary Clinton and reflects the strong
cooperation between our departments to support our wider national security
goals.”
“This morning the Defense Security Cooperation Agency
transmitted to Congress four formal notifications. The most significant items
in these potential FMS sales include 84 F-15 aircraft, 70 upgrades of existing
Saudi F-15s to a more advanced configuration, 70 AH-64D Apache Longbow
helicopters, 72 UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters, 36 AH-6i light attack helicopters,
and 12 MD-530F light training helicopters.”
(end of excerpts from Shapiro’s statements)
On April 8, 2011, a Human Rights report on conditions in Saudi
Arabia was released. This report is on the state.gov website. Hillary Clinton
was secretary of state when the report was released.
The report is significant because many believe that human rights
abuses should disqualify Saudi Arabia from any dealings with the United States.
It is also significant because Hillary Clinton is an advocate of women’s
rights.
Here are excerpts from the report:
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a monarchy ruled by the Al Saud
family. The government bases its legitimacy on its interpretation of Sharia
(Islamic law) and the 1992 Basic Law. The Basic Law sets out the system of
governance, rights of citizens, and powers and duties of the government. The
law also provides that the Qur'an and the Traditions (Sunna) of the Prophet
Muhammad serve as the country's constitution.”
“The following significant human rights problems were reported: no
right to change the government peacefully; torture and physical abuse; poor
prison and detention center conditions; arbitrary arrest and incommunicado
detention; denial of fair and public trials and lack of due process in the
judicial system; political prisoners; restrictions on civil liberties such as
freedoms of speech (including the Internet), assembly, association, movement,
and severe restrictions on religious freedom; and corruption and lack of
government transparency.”
“Violence against women and a lack of equal rights for women,
violations of the rights of children, trafficking in persons, and
discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, sect, and ethnicity were
common.”
“Discrimination against women was a significant problem. Women
have few political or social rights, and society does not treat them as equal
members.”
“The law prohibits women from marrying non-Muslims.”
“The guardianship system requires that every woman have a close
male relative as her ‘guardian’ with the authority to approve her travel.”
“Cultural norms restricted women in their use of public
facilities. When unrelated men are present, women must sit in separate,
specially designated family sections. They are not allowed to consume food in
restaurants that do not have such sections.”
“Women risk arrest for riding in a vehicle driven by a male who
is not an employee or a close male relative.”
“Cultural norms require women to wear an abaya (a loose-fitting,
full-length black cloak covering the entire body) in public and to conceal
their hair.”
“Women also faced discrimination in courts, where the testimony
of one man equals that of two women.”
“In divorce proceedings women must demonstrate legally specified
grounds for divorce, but men can divorce without giving cause.”
“Under Sharia inheritance laws, daughters receive half the
inheritance awarded to their brothers.”
“Women cannot work as judges or prosecutors.”
“The law requires a woman to obtain the permission of a male
guardian to work if the type of business is not ‘deemed appropriate for a
woman.’”
“Citizenship derives from the father, and only the father can
register a birth.”

In 2016, Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin wrote an article
about Hillary’s dealings with Saudi Arabia when she was Secretary of State. The article was co-authored by Rebecca Green, CODEPINK D.C. office coordinator.
Here are excerpts from the article:
“As Hillary Clinton emerges as the front-runner for the
Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, she is receiving increased scrutiny
for her years as Secretary of State. Many are criticizing her hawkish foreign
policy, which is the best indication of what President Hillary’s foreign policy
would be, with many focusing on her long relationship with Saudi Arabia.”
“On Christmas Eve in 2011, Hillary Clinton and her closest aides
celebrated a $29.4 billion sale of over 80 F-15 fighter jets, manufactured by
U.S.-based Boeing Corporation, to Saudi Arabia. In a chain of enthusiastic
emails, an aide exclaimed that it was ‘not a bad Christmas present.’”
“It’s hard to exaggerate the enormity and high-tech nature of
Saudi weapons purchases; the sales in the decade of 2010 constitute the most
enormous military sales in history.”
(end of Medea Benjamin excerpts)
On May 28, 2015, Mother Jones published an article titled “Hillary
Clinton Oversaw US Arms Deals to Clinton Foundation Donors”. The sub title was
“An investigation finds that countries that gave to the foundation saw an
increase in State Department-approved arms sales.”
Here are excerpts from the article:
“In 2011, the State Department cleared an enormous arms deal:
Led by Boeing, a consortium of American defense contractors would deliver $29
billion worth of advanced fighter jets to Saudi Arabia, despite concerns over
the kingdom's troublesome human rights record. In the years before Hillary
Clinton became secretary of state, Saudi Arabia had contributed $10 million to
the Clinton Foundation, and just two months before the jet deal was finalized,
Boeing donated $900,000 to the Clinton Foundation, according to an
International Business Times investigation released Tuesday.”
“The Saudi transaction is just one example of nations and
companies that had donated to the Clinton Foundation seeing an increase in arms
deals while Hillary Clinton oversaw the State Department. IBT found that
between October 2010 and September 2012, State approved $165 billion in commercial
arms sales to 20 nations that had donated to the foundation, plus another $151
billion worth of Pentagon-brokered arms deals to 16 of those countries — a 143
percent increase over the same time frame under the Bush Administration.”
(end of Mother Jones excerpts)
WikiLeaks released a May 22, 2011 email from Huma Abedin to
Hillary Clinton. The email contained the text from a Reuters news article.
Here is an excerpt from the email:
“May 22 (Reuters) - Islamic charities from Saudi Arabia and the
United Arab Emirates financed a network in U.S. ally Pakistan that recruited
children as young as eight to wage holy war, a local newspaper reported on
Sunday, citing Wikileaks. A U.S. diplomatic cable published by WikiLeaks said
financial support estimated at $100 million a year was making its way from
those Gulf Arab states to a jihadist recruitment network in Pakistan's Punjab
province, Dawn newspaper reported. The November 2008 dispatch by Bryan Hunt,
the then principal officer at the U.S. consulate in Lahore, was based on
discussions with local government and non-governmental sources during trips to
Punjab, Pakistan's most populous province. It said those sources claimed that
financial aid from Saudi and United Arab Emirates was coming from "missionary"
and "Islamic charitable" organisations ostensibly with the direct
support of those countries' governments.”
(end of Huma Abedin email excerpt)
On April 8, 2011, Hillary would have been aware of human rights
violations by Saudi Arabia. The report is posted on the state.gov website.
On May 22, 2011, Hillary knew that Saudi charities were
financing a jihadist recruitment network with the support of the Saudi
government. This is documented in an email sent to her from Huma Abedin.
On December 24, 2011, Hillary’s State Department closed a 29
billion dollar arms sale with Saudi Arabia.
Hillary became Secretary of State in 2009. In 2009, Hillary knew
that the Saudis were financing terrorists and she wrote about it. This
information was not intended for the public.
WikiLeaks released a December 30, 2009 cable from Secretary of State
(Hillary Clinton) and was originally marked SECRET/NOFORN.
Here are excerpts from the cable:
“Donors in Saudi Arabia constitute the most significant source
of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide. Continued senior-level USG
engagement is needed to build on initial efforts and encourage the Saudi
government to take more steps to stem the flow of funds from Saudi Arabia-based
sources to terrorists and xtremists worldwide.”
“Saudi Arabia remains a critical financial support base for
al-Qa'ida, the Taliban, LeT, and other terrorist groups, including Hamas, which
probably raise millions of dollars annually from Saudi sources, often during
Hajj and Ramadan.”
“In 2002, the Saudi government promised to set up a Charities
Committee that would address this issue, but has yet to do so.”
(end of Hillary Clinton cable excerpts)
The 2011 Reuters news story about Saudi government support for
terrorist organizations was no surprise to Hillary Clinton. She already wrote
about it in a 2009 cable marked SECRET/NOFORN.
None of this information deterred Hillary from making a huge arms
deal with Saudi Arabia. There is no proof that the millions donated to the
Clinton Foundation by the Saudis had any influence on the deal. But it has been
proven that the money was donated before Hillary became Secretary of State. There
has been no significant donation from the Saudi government since.
It has been proven that Secretary Clinton played a direct role
in negotiating the arms sale.
It has been proven that Saudi Arabia has a troubling record on
human rights and the record was posted on a state.gov website while Hillary was
Secretary of State.
It has been proven that Hillary knew the Saudi government was
supporting terrorist funding before negotiating the arms sale. This is an
important point, since the proof that she knew is documented in her own emails
and cables.
As of this writing, the 28 pages containing information about
Saudi government involvement in 9/11 are still hidden from the public.
President Bush redacted the pages from the 2002 Congressional Inquiry.
A member of Congress can request to read the pages but they are
not allowed to reveal what the pages contain. The information has to be kept a
secret. They are not allowed to take notes and guards are present during the
reading.
Families of the 9/11 victims have asked President Obama to
release the pages, and so far, he has refused. It might be up to the next
president to decide. Hillary Clinton might be the next president. She wouldn’t
even release all of her own work related emails. Thousands of them are missing.
No one knows how many secrets were removed from the system.
Is Hillary crooked? This is only part one.
UPDATE: The 28 Pages were released on July 15, 2016. They were released on a Friday, when news reporting is light. The major networks either ignored the release or spent an insignificant amount of time covering them.
I found information in the 28 pages that corroborated some of my other original 9/11 research. I wrote about the pages and their significance in my blog post:
